Refund Policy
Last updated 27 September 2026
Mirifics sells prepaid credits. One image run costs 10 credits. This page says when your money comes back and how to ask for it.
Runs that fail cost you nothing
Credits are held when a run starts and returned to your balance automatically if the run fails, if our processing provider rejects it, or if it cannot start within two hours. You do not need to ask and you do not need to write to us. If a run failed and the credits did not come back, tell us and we will correct it.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of any unused credits within 14 days of the purchase that created them. We refund to the card or account you paid with, at the rate you paid. There is no fee and we do not ask for a reason.
After 14 days credits remain valid — they do not expire — but they are no longer refundable.
Purchases you have partly spent
We refund the part you have not spent, at the rate you paid for it. For example: you buy 500 credits for $20 and use 100 of them. Within 14 days we refund $16, which is the 400 unused credits at the same rate.
Runs that finished
A finished run consumes computing time we have already paid for, so completed runs are not refundable simply because you do not like the result. This is why every new account starts with 30 free credits: three full runs, no card, enough to judge the output before you spend anything.
If the service produced something plainly broken — a file that will not open, an image that is not the one you uploaded, output that bears no relation to the input — tell us within 14 days and we will return the credits.
How to ask
Write to support@mirifics.com from the address on your account and include the date and amount of the purchase. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days; how soon the money shows up after that is up to your bank, usually another 5 to 10 days.
Before you dispute a charge
If something on your statement looks wrong, please write to us first. A refund we issue ourselves reaches you faster than a bank dispute, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
Purchase limits
A single purchase is between $5 and $500. Credits are tied to one account and cannot be transferred to another. Current rates are on the home page.
